 Frequently Asked QuestionsHow do I pay?
We accept payment by credit and debit card through Paypal's secure server, the currency will be determined on where you live. Alternatively you can select 'Invoice with order' at the checkout and we will send you our account details so that you can pay the money directly into our Swiss or UK account in either £ Sterling or Swiss francs (CHF).
Do you offer a giftwrapping service?
All items come beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and raffia ribbon at no extra cost. If you are buying for a present and having it sent direct, then just ask if you would like a hand made card to be included with your order, and specify the text in the 'Special Delivery Instructions' box or contact us seperately by e-mail.
How soon will my parcel be put in the post?
We aim to take parcels to the post office within 3 working days. If you are paying by cheque or bank transfer then your parcel should be ready to go by the time the funds clear.
Many of our products are hand made here and we do have a small stock of most items. However if we happen to receive more than one order for a certain product in quick succession we may have to make that item especially for you. In this case we will let you know at the time of order. In most of these cases your order will be despatched within 7 days.
Personalised dolls or monsters may take longer. Please contact us for an estimate.
I need my parcel for a birthday, will it get here on time?
If you need your order for a specific date then please do let us know at the time of order and choose the appropriate postage option. Or alternatively phone or e-mail us before placing your order to check if your timescale is possible. We will always do our best to make sure you get your parcel on time.
Do you ship overseas?
We ship anywhere in the world as long as you have an address!
What are your shipping costs?
Postage is calculated by total order value and whether you would like it send Priority/first class or Economy/second class. I may split large orders into more than one package.
Parcels can also be sent Registered post. There are two price bands for Registered post: up to £35 and over £35. Personalised Recycled Dolls or Monsters will only be sent out Registered post as they are irreplaceable.
Shipping in Switzerland costs 6 Sfr or £3.00 for Economy and 8 Sfr or £4.00 for Priority.
Shipping to Europe costs £3.60 for Economy and £6.50 for Priority under £35
£6.00 for Economy and £10.00 for Priority over £35.
Shipping outside of Europe, for example the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand costs £4.50 for Economy and £8.95 for Priority under £35
£8.95 Economy and £15.50 Priority for orders over £35.
Registered Post in Europe costs £7.50 Economy and £9.50 Priority for orders under £35
£13.50 Economy and £15.50 Priority for orders over £35.
How long will my parcel take in the post?
Some common postage times are outlined below. Please remember to add the time before your parcel is shipped. If your country does not appear below then please contact us for further information.
Switzerland
Parcels sent Priority should arrive the next working day.
Parcels sent Economy should arrive in two days.
Europe
Parcels sent Priorityshould arrive within 2-3 working days.
Parcels sent Economy should arrive within 4-8 working days.

USA
Parcels sent Priority should arrive within 3-7 working days.
Parcels sent Economy should arrive within 7-15 working days.
Canada
Parcels sent Priority should arrive within 3-7 working days.

I'm from the USA, which price should I look at?
At the moment £1 buys approximately $2. So take the main price in £ and double it. Your bank may charge a different exchange rate.

Why is your site only in English?
Warum ist Ihre Website nur auf Englisch?
I am sorry that my site is only in English at the moment, but I do have plans to translate at least some of it soon into German. However this is a time consuming job and I hate to make mistakes so I want to do it properly which might take me a while! If you want more information now in German please contact me and I will be happy to explain over the phone or in an e-mail in German.

Why are your prices in £Sterling first when you are based in Switzerland?
I struggled hard with this one and I understand why this might seem very strange. However I still find it easiest to set prices in £s. Also we do have plans to move back to the UK some time soon and I still have UK bank accounts. And at the moment I have more UK based web customers than Swiss ones. So quite a few reasons for the choice I made.
I want to return my order. What do I do?
Pogglers are dedicated to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied then please first contact us by e-mail to tell us why you are not satisfied with your order. If you wish to return the item(s) then you can do so within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange for another product. The item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. Please e-mail us when you send it so we know when to expect it back.
How do you find the time?
With three small children it can be a struggle to get things done especially with a needle in hand and a small person pulling on the trouser leg! Evenings and weekends when I have an extra pair of hands are the best sewing times. But wrapping and packaging up parcels can be done at just about any time.
I enjoy the process of developing and making up a product and it is wonderful to see children having fun with it when it is finished. Those twinkly eyes make it all worthwhile.
