The AfA wanted to build a common data highway to streamline information from multiple sources through a central digital infrastructure…

And leverage advanced technologies to minimize delays caused by disruptions and bottlenecks.

SGTraDex was ultimately developed to address the diverse needs of the entire supply chain ecosystem.  

PwC brought together a multidisciplinary team to work with the AfA on everything from the  development of business use cases, to cloud architecture design, to UI and UX and data sharing thought leadership.

We came together to provide a panoramic view of the challenge and find the right solution.

Our community of solvers defined the vision for the data-sharing platform and developed an operating model with functions such as marketing and governance.

We also built working prototypes for different use cases and helped optimize the  infrastructure to cater to the diverse needs of people working within the supply chain industry

The data-sharing infrastructure went live with more than 70 global organizations participating. Since the launch, PwC has continued to provide product development and operational assistance.
